Founded in 2018, Cherwyn Developments Ltd. is a family run property development company. Established by Chris and Alison Winter, Cherwyn was born out of Chris’ 30 years of construction and development experience. Based in the heart of Somerset, our property development business has a growing reputation of building quality new homes in rural communities across the Southwest.
At Cherwyn Developments Ltd., quality and service are of the utmost importance. We have established relationships with local professionals and businesses to develop designs, source high quality materials and with local tradesmen to ensure our Southwest homes are built to exacting standards.
